Q: What does the Wedding Invitations price include?
A: Our price includes the printing of the Wedding Invitations and envelopes; we do not mail the wedding invitations to your recipients.
Q: Do you have a Wedding Catalog I can order?
A: We do not produce mail-order catalogs; samples of our products are available, however. Navigate to the Invitation or Printed Card you are interested in and click on the "Request a Sample" link. Samples do cost two dollars to cover postage and handling.
Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: All invitations and cards will ship in 3 to 4 business days. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground Service. Be sure to add on the appropriate shipping time (2-7 days) based on your location and shipping service level. Expedited and international shipping are available.
Q: What printing technique do you employ?
A: Most of our personalized paper products are printed using thermography, which is a process that provides a beautiful raised lettering effect. Envelope flaps and wedding invitations are flat printed. Foil stamping is an option for some wedding invitations and many accessory items.
Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Simply click on the “Order Status/Reorder” link on the home page. You will need your confirmation number and zip code to recall your order. The status of your order will be displayed. If your order has shipped, you will be able to track it online.
Q: I made a mistake in my order! Can I change it?
A: If you’ve sent your order and you’ve found you’ve made a mistake, please call us immediately at 1-866-PETER-02 (866-738-3702). We will confirm the status of your order, and will let you know if a change can be made. Please note additional fees may be required to stop your order to make a change. We encourage you to look over your order very carefully before sending it to avoid the cost of having it reprinted.
Q: Is there a charge for cancelling my order?
A: $10.00 Service fee on canceling your order. If order has already been printed you will be charged full price of order.
Q: Can I increase the quantity of my order after its been placed?
A: Contact us immediately if you discover you need to increase the quantity. We will try to catch the order before it’s printed. The price for an additional 25 is always a better value than a new order for 25. Consider ordering an extra 25 in case of mistakes or last minute additions. If your order cannot be stopped before it is printed, we will notify you, and you will be charged the new order price.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards debit cards. We do not accept checks, money orders, or purchase orders. Payment is due at the time your order is placed. You may be billed a U.S. dollars sales tax on your final invoice total depending on the state you are in.
Q: Do I get a receipt or invoice?
A: Yes you receive a receipt and invoice on our website when you order, and via email to confirm your order.

Q: How do you ensure the security of your webstore?
A: We use “VeriSign,” the industry standard to provide protection for your credit card information. Your credit card number will be encrypted for safe transmission. We DO NOT store your credit card number after your order has been completed. You will need to re-enter your credit card every time you make a purchase. Your privacy is respected.
